Introduction and scope

This Cookie Policy explains how DISTRIBUCION DE CLASE MUNDIAL, S.L. trading as B2B Mobiles Europe uses cookies and similar storage or access technologies on www.b2bmobiles.eu. It explains what these technologies do, which categories are currently active, when consent is required and how a visitor can control a choice.

The policy applies to this website and should be read with our Privacy Policy. It does not govern a third-party website reached through an external link. By continuing to use the website, a visitor does not automatically consent to optional cookies. Any consent required by law must be given through a clear affirmative choice.

2

Who we are

B2B Mobiles Europe is the trading name and website of DISTRIBUCION DE CLASE MUNDIAL, S.L., a company incorporated and registered in Spain. We are responsible for the application-owned cookie choices and personal-data processing described in this policy.

  • Company Registration Number: 6080019513784.
  • EU VAT Number: ESB56672850.
  • Registered address: Carrer Creu Coberta, 77, Sants-Montjuic, 08014 Barcelona, Spain.
  • Email: [email protected].
  • Telephone and WhatsApp: +34 662 90 94 48.
  • Website: b2bmobiles.eu.
3

Legal framework

Our principal cookie framework is Article 22.2 of Spain's Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, which implements the relevant requirements of Directive 2002/58/EC. Where a cookie or similar identifier processes personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, and Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 may also apply.

For relevant visitors and processing in the United Kingdom, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and UK GDPR may apply. References to cookie law in this policy include each framework only to the extent it applies to the particular technology and visitor.

The rules apply not only to conventional cookies but also to local storage, software development kits, tracking pixels, fingerprinting and other technologies that store information on, or gain access to information from, a user's device.

4

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website or service stores in a browser or on a device. It can contain an identifier and limited information that helps a website recognise the browser during a visit or on a later visit.

Cookies can maintain a secure session, remember a setting, record a consent choice or help measure how a website is used. A session cookie normally disappears when the browser closes. A persistent cookie remains until its stated expiry date or until it is deleted. First-party cookies are set for the website being visited. Third-party cookies are set or read by a separate provider whose service is used on the page.

Not every technical request is a cookie. Server logs, a remote image request and information held only in temporary page memory may involve data processing but do not necessarily place information on the visitor's device.

5

Current website position

The website source was reviewed for this policy on 8 August 2026. At that point, the B2B Mobiles Europe application did not install Google Analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural marketing cookies or application-owned persistent cookies. Website forms keep incomplete answers only in the active page state and do not use a cookie or browser storage to preserve unfinished progress.

The website's hosting, content-delivery, authentication or security infrastructure may issue a strictly necessary session or security identifier dynamically where it is required to deliver the page securely, control authorised access, route a request or prevent abuse. Those names can vary by technical environment and are not used by B2B Mobiles Europe for advertising.

External image resources and links to WhatsApp or social platforms do not by themselves authorise those providers to place optional cookies through this website. A third party may apply its own technologies after a visitor deliberately follows an external link and reaches that provider's service.

No optional analytics, functionality or marketing category will be activated silently. The register and consent controls must be updated before a new non-essential technology is deployed.
6

Cookie categories

We classify cookies and similar technologies by purpose. A single technology must be classified according to every purpose for which it is actually used. A provider's description does not override the real behaviour of the technology on this website.

  • Strictly necessary: essential to transmit a communication or provide a website feature explicitly requested by the visitor, such as security, session integrity or a saved consent choice.
  • Performance and analytics: used to understand visits, navigation, errors and website performance so that the service can be improved.
  • Functionality: used to remember optional choices such as language, region or previously viewed content and provide a more personalised experience.
  • Marketing and targeting: used to build or use advertising audiences, follow activity across services, deliver targeted advertising or measure advertising campaigns.
7

Strictly necessary technologies

Strictly necessary technologies support a function the visitor has requested or the secure delivery of that function. Examples may include session integrity, essential authentication, load balancing, fraud or abuse prevention and recording the visitor's cookie choice.

Consent is not required where the statutory strictly necessary exception genuinely applies. That exception is interpreted narrowly. A technology is not strictly necessary merely because it is commercially helpful, measures the audience, improves advertising revenue or makes website administration easier.

Where an essential identifier also involves personal-data processing, we identify a separate GDPR lawful basis for that underlying processing, which may be contract, legal obligation or legitimate interests depending on the purpose. We do not describe legitimate interests as a substitute for cookie consent where consent is required by ePrivacy law.

8

Performance and analytics technologies

Analytics technologies can show which pages are visited, how a visitor arrived, how long a session lasts, which device or browser is used and whether a technical error occurs. Even where reports are aggregated, the technology may first process an IP address, online identifier or device information.

B2B Mobiles Europe does not currently deploy Google Analytics or another optional analytics cookie through the application. If analytics is introduced, it will remain blocked until the visitor consents, the provider and exact identifiers will be added to the register, the retention period will be stated and a withdrawal route will be provided.

If Google Analytics is introduced in the future, visitors may also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. This external tool is additional to, and does not replace, the website’s consent controls.

9

Functionality technologies

Functionality technologies remember an optional choice and provide a feature beyond the core page requested. Examples can include a persistent language or region setting, a remembered display preference or an embedded support tool.

No optional functionality cookie is currently installed by the B2B Mobiles Europe application. If one is introduced, it will be explained and placed only after the required consent. A preference essential to a feature that the visitor has explicitly requested may qualify for the narrow necessary exception, but it will still be documented.

10

Marketing and targeting technologies

Marketing and targeting technologies can follow activity across websites or devices, create advertising audiences, personalise advertising or measure an advertising campaign. They are not strictly necessary for a visitor to use this website.

B2B Mobiles Europe does not currently install advertising pixels, cross-site tracking or behavioural marketing cookies through this website. We do not use website browsing activity to create third-party advertising audiences. If that position changes, the technology will be blocked until valid consent is obtained and this policy will identify the provider, purposes and duration before use.

11

Third-party services and embedded content

A third-party service embedded directly into a page may set or read its own identifiers. Examples can include a video player, interactive map, live-chat tool, payment component or social-media plugin. Where the service is optional, it must remain inactive until the visitor makes the required consent choice.

The current application uses external image resources and contains ordinary links to services such as WhatsApp and social platforms. An ordinary link does not embed the destination service and does not itself place that destination's cookies through b2bmobiles.eu. Once a visitor opens a third-party service, that provider's privacy and cookie information governs its own site.

We do not control a third party's independent website. We assess providers used directly on our pages, limit information shared where reasonably possible and update the register when an embedded service is added or removed.

12

Consent, refusal and withdrawal

A non-essential technology may be activated only after freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent. Consent requires a clear positive action. Silence, inactivity, continued browsing, a pre-ticked control or a design that makes refusal materially harder than acceptance is not treated as valid consent.

When optional categories are enabled on the website, the first-layer control will offer a clear route to accept optional cookies, reject them or manage choices by category. Strictly necessary technologies remain active only to the extent they are genuinely required. Refusing optional cookies will not prevent access to the ordinary website content.

A visitor may withdraw or change consent as easily as it was given. Withdrawal stops future optional storage or access but does not make earlier processing unlawful. Existing optional cookies may need to be deleted through the preference control or browser settings.

13

How the consent controls work

Because the current application does not activate non-essential cookies, a non-essential consent banner may not be displayed in this version of the website. Before analytics, optional functionality, marketing or another consent-based technology is enabled, a consent control must be deployed before that technology loads.

The control will allow a visitor to accept all optional categories, reject all optional categories or make a category-level choice. The choice may be remembered for up to twelve months unless a shorter period is appropriate, the purpose changes, the cookie register changes materially or consent needs to be requested again sooner.

When a consent manager is activated, a persistent Cookie preferences route will be made available from the website footer so the control can be reopened at any time. Until then, the Cookies footer link opens this policy and visitors may contact us directly with any question.

14

Current cookie and technology register

The register below reflects the application source reviewed on the last-updated date. Technical infrastructure can generate security identifiers dynamically, so an exact name may depend on the hosting or access environment. We do not list a guessed identifier as if it were confirmed.

This is a maintained register, not permission to activate the optional technologies described as inactive. The policy and live consent controls must be updated before their status changes.
15

Managing and deleting cookies

When website preference controls are available, use them first to change optional categories. Browser settings can also show, block or delete cookies for this website or all websites. Browser menus differ by product and version, so the relevant browser's current support instructions should be followed.

  • Block all cookies, allow only selected websites or remove existing cookies through the browser's privacy or site-data settings.
  • Use a private-browsing mode where appropriate, while remembering that it does not make a person anonymous to websites or network providers.
  • Use a provider-specific opt-out tool as an additional control where one is offered.
  • Review permissions for embedded content, tracking protection and cross-site tracking in the browser or device settings.
Blocking a genuinely necessary identifier may prevent secure access, session continuity or another requested feature from working correctly. Refusing optional cookies will not remove the core informational pages.
16

Personal data, recipients and international transfers

A cookie identifier, IP address or related usage record may be personal data where it identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual. In that case, the transparency, security, rights and sharing information in our Privacy Policy also applies.

A hosting, security or future optional provider may process data outside the European Economic Area or United Kingdom. We use an applicable adequacy decision where available. Where it is not available, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful safeguard, together with supplementary measures where required.

We do not sell cookie or browsing data. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. A provider may act as our processor or as an independent controller depending on the service and its legally defined purposes.

17

Retention and regular review

A cookie remains on a device only for its stated session or persistent duration unless the visitor deletes it earlier. Records associated with consent, refusal or withdrawal may be retained for the period reasonably needed to demonstrate compliance and continue respecting the choice.

We review the website's active technologies periodically and when a new provider, embed, analytics tool, advertising feature or consent manager is introduced. We check the actual purpose, provider, identifier, duration, data flow and consent status rather than relying only on a default provider description.

Inactive optional rows in the register do not have a retention period because no identifier is being set. If one is activated, its real duration will replace the inactive status before deployment.

18

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when the website's technology, providers, purposes or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current published version.

A material change to an optional purpose or provider may require fresh consent. We will not treat an earlier choice as permission for a materially different use that a visitor would not reasonably expect.

19
