The visible condition is only one part of the decision. Each grade also tells the buyer how the device functions, which warranty route applies and where the stock is normally best placed.

Understanding mixed lots
Mixed lots reflect the natural composition of the batch. A buyer should price the whole lot against the named range and never assume that each grade will represent the same number of units unless the exact division is written into the offer.

Battery health is assessed where supported, while battery degradation remains outside warranty.
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mobile-network and charging connectivity where the device supports them.
Front and rear cameras, speakers, microphones and audio paths.
Buttons, biometric features and supported internal sensors.
iCloud and Google account-lock status checked through the applicable operational route.
Identity and blacklist history assessed with CheckMend where required.
Personal data is removed through the controlled erasure route before eligible second-hand resale.
IMEI and serial traceability
Every dispatched graded batch includes a complete IMEI and serial-number list. Buyers can reconcile the physical devices received against the batch and commercial invoice rather than relying on an anonymous box count.
