B2B Mobiles Europe supplies registered businesses, organisations, institutions and other legitimate commercial entities. Typical buyers include retailers, online resellers, distributors, exporters, repair businesses, corporate IT teams, schools, public bodies and procurement organisations. We do not sell to individual consumers or members of the general public.

Getting started and trade accounts
Eligibility, account checks, first orders, samples, stock lists and the quickest route into a commercial conversation.
Search instead >Complete the online trade application with your legal company details, contact information, VAT or tax registration and the type of stock you intend to buy. Our team reviews the application, may request supporting documents and confirms whether the account has been approved. Approval creates a verified commercial relationship, but it does not oblige either party to place or accept an order.
We normally need evidence of company registration, a valid VAT or tax number where applicable, the registered or trading address, authorised contact details and information about your intended trading activity. Additional documents may be requested when the ownership, payment route, delivery destination or transaction profile needs further verification. This due diligence helps protect every legitimate buyer and supplier in the transaction chain.
Mobile technology is a high-value and internationally traded product category. Business verification reduces fraud, protects payment and delivery routes, supports VAT compliance and helps prevent stolen or illegitimate stock entering the supply chain. The checks also allow us to issue accurate commercial documentation to the correct legal entity.
Minimum quantities depend on the product, batch and commercial offer. Some stock can be purchased in smaller wholesale quantities, while sealed lots, mixed batches and opportunity stock may have a fixed minimum or require the complete lot to be taken. The applicable quantity is confirmed before an order is accepted, so there is no hidden commitment.
Sample or smaller trial orders may be available when the stock structure allows it. They are not guaranteed for every batch because some offers are sold only as complete commercial lots. Tell the sales team the model, grade and intended future volume so they can confirm whether a representative trial quantity is possible.
No. Current live stock lists can be downloaded from the website in the available PDF, Excel or CSV format without signing in, opening an account or providing an email address. A verified trade account is required before a wholesale order can be completed, but it is not a barrier to reviewing available inventory.
Send the brand, model, capacity, specification, grade, quantity, delivery country and preferred currency. If the exact stock is live, we can quote against that offer. If it is not currently listed, the request can also be reviewed through our stock sourcing network.
Complete applications are reviewed as quickly as practical, and many receive an initial response within one working day. More complex company structures, cross-border documentation or missing information can take longer. Providing accurate documents and using an email address connected to the applying business helps avoid unnecessary delay.
For a live requirement, send the sales team a concise WhatsApp message with your company name, target products, grade, quantity and destination. For a structured requirement involving several models or specifications, use the customised quote form. Email is best when you need to attach a detailed buying list or company documents.
Stock grading and quality
Condition language, mixed lots, diagnostics, device legitimacy, data erasure and market specification explained clearly.
Search instead >Our core routes are Brand New, 14 Days, Grade A+, Grade A, Refurb Boxed, Grade B, Grade C and Grade Asis. We also sell clearly identified mixed-grade batches such as ABC Mix, A/A+ Mix, AB Mix and BC Mix. The commercial offer states the applicable grade or mix before purchase, and buyers should use that declaration rather than assuming condition from a photograph alone.
Brand New stock is unused stock supplied in the commercial configuration stated, with the original manufacturer warranty for 12 to 24 months depending on the manufacturer. 14 Days stock is near-mint return stock with extremely limited evidence of use. Grade A+ stock is exceptional graded stock with a very high cosmetic standard. Packaging, accessories and market specification are confirmed separately because grade describes device condition, not every element of the bundle.
Grade A devices show minimal evidence of previous use and suit presentation-sensitive resale. Grade B devices are fully functional with minor visible wear and often provide a strong balance between cost and resale value. Grade C devices show moderate cosmetic wear while remaining fully functional and are commonly selected for value retail, export and margin-led channels.
Refurb Boxed stock has been professionally reconditioned and supplied in the boxed configuration stated in the offer. Grade Asis is original manufacturer-prepared stock supplied untested and outside our standard internal diagnostic and grading process. Units are fully operational and carry only the possible manufacturer warranty stated in the commercial offer, where applicable.
A mixed lot combines declared grades within one batch, such as A/A+, AB, BC or ABC. The exact ratio may be fixed, indicative or unsorted depending on the offer, so buyers must review the batch terms before purchase. Mixed lots can create strong value for businesses able to route higher and lower grades into different resale channels, but they should be costed against the complete expected mix rather than the best units alone.
Our internal control process uses six specialist platforms: PhoneCheck, Blancco, FutureDial, NSYS Group, Piceasoft and CheckMend. The relevant combination depends on the stock and can support functional diagnostics, device processing, data erasure, IMEI checks and reporting. The declared grade and specification remain the buyer-facing commercial description for the batch.
CheckMend checks device identifiers against participating loss, theft, insurance and network data sources. A clean result is an important control against illegitimate or blacklisted stock, although status can change if a later report is made by a third party. For a blacklist warranty claim, the buyer must provide a current CheckMend report tied to the affected IMEI.
Blancco supports controlled data erasure and produces tamper-resistant audit evidence for processed devices. This is particularly valuable to corporate, institutional and public-sector organisations that need proof that data-bearing assets were handled through a documented process. The available certificate or reporting scope is confirmed for the relevant stock or service engagement.
Yes. B2B Mobiles Europe does not knowingly supply counterfeit or non-genuine devices as genuine branded stock. We source through verified commercial routes and use device and documentation checks appropriate to the batch. Any replacement components or refurbishment details that materially affect the commercial description should be stated where known and relevant.
UK and EU specifications can differ in charging plugs, keyboard layout, network configuration, model code, packaging, regulatory marks or manufacturer warranty territory. The commercial impact depends on the product and resale destination. Buyers should request the exact market specification they need and confirm it on the offer rather than assuming that every European model is identical.
Pricing, VAT and currencies
Unit and lot pricing, EUR, GBP and USD, Marginal VAT, intra-Community supply, VIES checks and formal quotations.
Search instead >A price is normally shown per unit unless the offer or quotation clearly identifies it as a complete-lot price. Quantity, minimum order and any lot condition are stated separately. Buyers should rely on the written commercial offer or invoice total before paying, because a product headline or example price is not a substitute for an accepted quotation.
EUR is our primary commercial currency, GBP is our secondary currency and USD may be shown as an optional tertiary currency on some offers. The binding currency for an order is the currency stated on the accepted offer or invoice, and the full invoice amount must arrive in that currency.
Multiple currency views help buyers compare an offer in a familiar trading currency. They do not give the buyer a right to switch between displayed amounts after the order is agreed. Exchange movements and commercial updates can change converted prices, so the invoice identifies the final amount and currency that must be paid.
The VAT margin scheme is a special framework for eligible second-hand goods under EU Council Directive 2006/112/EC, including Articles 312 to 325. Where the scheme applies, VAT is accounted for on the seller's margin rather than shown as separately recoverable VAT on the full selling price. Eligibility depends on the goods and supply chain, so the invoice treatment is determined transaction by transaction.
Eligible margin-scheme stock can support competitive consumer resale economics because VAT is handled within the margin framework rather than added and separately recoverable in the normal way. The buyer must account for the stock according to the rules that apply in its own country and resale channel. We recommend that every buyer confirms its treatment with a qualified tax adviser.
Yes. DISTRIBUCION DE CLASE MUNDIAL, S.L. trades as B2B Mobiles Europe and uses EU VAT number ESB56672850, issued by Spain's AEAT. Buyers can check it through the European Commission's VIES service. A VIES validation confirms VAT registration status at the time of the check and should be retained with the buyer's due diligence records.
An intra-Community supply is a qualifying movement of goods between VAT-registered businesses in different EU member states. Zero-rating may apply when the legal conditions are met, including a valid customer VAT number and evidence that the goods moved to another member state. It is not automatic merely because both businesses are located in the EU.
A transaction can be zero-rated only when the relevant VAT rules and evidence requirements are satisfied. This may include a verified business VAT number, a qualifying cross-border destination and suitable transport documentation. If the conditions are not met, the appropriate Spanish or other applicable VAT treatment will be used instead.
Yes. Every completed transaction is supported by commercial documentation identifying the selling legal entity, buyer, goods, quantities, prices, currency and applicable VAT treatment. Margin-scheme, standard VAT and qualifying intra-Community transactions are described according to their relevant invoice treatment. Buyers should review the invoice before payment and raise any company-detail error immediately.
Pricing reflects the model, grade, quantity, market demand, supply route, currency and logistics position at the time of quotation. Some offers are fixed, while volume or complete-lot purchases may allow a commercial discussion. A price is only secured when B2B Mobiles Europe confirms the order and issues the applicable invoice or written acceptance.
Ordering and payment
Order acceptance, advance payment, references, bank charges, cancellation, confirmation and what happens before dispatch.
Search instead >Send the sales team the stock reference, models, grades, quantities and delivery destination you want to confirm. We check availability, agree the commercial terms and issue an invoice or written order confirmation. Stock is not reserved indefinitely by an enquiry alone, so buyers should follow the payment deadline shown on the invoice.
Every wholesale order is supplied on full advance-payment terms. Cleared funds are required before packing or dispatch. We do not offer credit, payment on delivery or consignment. This keeps the invoice, buyer identity and shipment matched before goods leave our control.
Pay the full invoice amount in the stated currency to the bank details shown on the valid invoice. Use the invoice number as the payment reference and send remittance confirmation from the paying business account. Do not rely on bank details received through an unexpected message without verifying them with our team through a known contact route.
The invoice number connects incoming funds to the correct buyer, order and stock allocation. It helps the accounts and operations teams release the right goods without delay. A company name alone may be insufficient when a buyer has several invoices, uses a payment provider or pays from a related legal entity.
The payment may need manual investigation before it can be allocated, which can delay order confirmation or dispatch. Send the transfer receipt, amount, date, paying account name and correct invoice number to the sales or accounts team immediately. Stock cannot be released until the funds are matched with reasonable confidence.
The buyer is responsible for its bank charges, intermediary bank deductions, foreign exchange costs and transfer fees. B2B Mobiles Europe must receive the full invoice amount in the stated currency. Selecting a charge option that deducts fees from the recipient can create a short payment and delay release of the order.
The order remains unpaid until the missing amount is received or a written adjustment is agreed. We will identify the difference where possible and ask the buyer to send the balance. Dispatch does not begin while a material shortfall remains unresolved, even if the deduction was made by an intermediary bank.
An invoice cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of issue. After that window, cancellation is not automatic because stock may have been allocated, removed from sale or prepared for dispatch. Any later cancellation, restocking consequence or non-refundable cost is assessed against the confirmed order terms and work already completed.
Our team confirms payment after cleared funds have been identified and allocated to the correct invoice. A bank transfer receipt shows that a payment was instructed, but it does not prove that cleared funds reached our account. International transfers can take longer depending on the currency, banks and compliance checks involved.
The order moves to final allocation, preparation, commercial-document checks and shipment booking. Dispatch timing depends on the batch, quantity, destination and any agreed processing requirement. Tracking and relevant shipment documents are shared once the courier collection has been completed and the shipment is active.
Shipping and delivery
Courier choice, destinations, delivery estimates, tracking, split shipments, customs, delays and shortage reporting.
Search instead >We use six logistics partners: DHL Express for international and priority EU shipments, FedEx for global routes, UPS for European parcel and freight, GLS for our pan-European road network, Correos Express for Spanish domestic distribution and Royal Mail for UK buyers. The final carrier is selected according to destination, value, volume, speed and service availability.
We supply businesses across all EU member states, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Africa and other approved international destinations. Service availability depends on the product, destination, sanctions and export controls, courier capability and the buyer's import readiness. A route is confirmed before the order is accepted.
Indicative transit can range from one or two working days for priority Spanish and nearby EU routes to several working days for road freight or longer-distance international shipments. These are estimates, not guarantees. Order preparation, courier cut-off times, customs, destination remoteness and peak-period capacity can all affect delivery.
You can state a preference, account requirement or delivery deadline when requesting the quote. B2B Mobiles Europe retains the right to select the most appropriate approved courier for the shipment unless a specific service is agreed in writing. The choice balances security, declared value, route performance, handling restrictions and cost.
Yes. Tracking is provided after the shipment has been booked, collected and activated in the courier's system. A tracking event may take time to appear after collection. For multi-parcel or split shipments, more than one tracking number may be issued and each should be monitored separately.
Split deliveries can be arranged when they support the order and are agreed before dispatch. B2B Mobiles Europe does not add a separate split-delivery administration charge, but any exceptional transport requirement outside the agreed route will be explained before booking. Each part is tracked and documented against the order.
Contact us with the invoice and tracking number so we can review the courier record and raise an investigation where appropriate. Courier depot delays, weather, customs controls, address checks and peak-period congestion can be outside our direct control. We remain the commercial contact for the shipment while the courier investigation is active.
The buyer is responsible for destination-country import duties, local taxes, customs registrations, EORI numbers and any information required from the importer unless the written delivery term says otherwise. B2B Mobiles Europe supplies the commercial export documentation within its control. Incorrect or incomplete buyer information can delay customs clearance and create additional charges.
Report any shortage within 24 hours of delivery. Keep all packaging and provide the invoice, parcel labels, item count, clear photographs and an unedited opening video where available. The evidence allows us to compare dispatch records, shipment weight and packing information before deciding the claim.
No. Priority and next-day services are courier targets rather than unconditional guarantees, especially during Black Friday, Christmas, public holidays and severe network disruption. Buyers with a fixed selling or campaign date should order early and tell us the deadline before confirming the shipment route.
Warranty and returns
Eligible grades, exclusions, reporting windows, RMA approval, evidence, blacklists, repair history and processing times.
Search instead >Eligible 14 Days, Grade A+, Grade A, Refurb Boxed, Grade B, Grade C and eligible declared mixed batches carry our three-month warranty from the date the buyer receives the stock. The warranty applies to covered functional faults under the commercial terms. Batteries are excluded across every grade.
Brand New sealed stock carries the original manufacturer warranty for 12 to 24 months, depending on the manufacturer. Grade Asis is supplied untested and carries only the possible manufacturer warranty stated in its specific commercial offer, where applicable. Neither follows the B2B Mobiles Europe three-month warranty route.
No. Battery health, capacity, endurance and normal battery degradation are excluded from our warranty across all grades. Batteries are consumable components whose performance varies with age, charging history, software, settings and use. Any specific battery threshold promised for a particular batch must be written into the commercial offer to apply.
Contact the team with the invoice number, stock reference, affected IMEI or serial number, a clear fault description and supporting photographs or video. Do not return or repair the item before approval. We review the evidence and, where appropriate, issue return instructions or request further diagnostic information.
RMA means Return Merchandise Authorisation. It links the approved return to the buyer, invoice, device identifiers and reason for return so the receiving team can inspect it correctly. Unauthorised returns may be refused, delayed or sent back because the warehouse cannot safely assume that an unregistered parcel is an accepted warranty claim.
Grading disputes, broken parts and body-damage concerns must be reported within seven days of delivery with clear evidence. The stock should remain in the condition received and must not be sold, repaired or altered. Prompt reporting allows the delivered batch to be compared with dispatch records and the agreed grade.
An iCloud lock or Google account lock must be reported within seven days of delivery. Provide the IMEI or serial number and clear evidence showing the lock. Do not attempt an unauthorised bypass, because alteration can prevent verification and may invalidate the return route.
Provide a current CheckMend report that identifies the device and blacklist status, together with the invoice and IMEI. Screenshots from an unverified checker are not sufficient on their own. The report gives both parties a consistent evidence source for reviewing when and how the status was recorded.
Approved returns and refunds are processed within 14 working days after the returned stock and required evidence have been received and assessed. The outcome may be repair, replacement, credit note or refund according to the claim and available remedy. Bank settlement time after a refund instruction is outside our direct control.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns, colour preference returns, inability-to-resell claims or returns on stock already sold to the buyer's own customer. Stock repaired, opened, altered or processed by the buyer or a third party without written approval is also excluded. These rules preserve evidence and reflect the commercial B2B nature of every transaction.
Our services
The five services we provide, who each one supports and the correct route for a focused business enquiry.
Search instead >We provide exactly five commercial services: Wholesale Supply, Buy Back, Stock Sourcing, Business Consultancy and Distribution. Each service has a different purpose, from supplying verified stock to purchasing surplus devices, finding hard-to-source inventory, sharing industry expertise and helping manufacturers enter European channels.
Wholesale Supply is our core business. We supply mobile phones, tablets, laptops, smart watches, accessories and opportunity-led gadgets in commercial quantities to verified buyers across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and approved global markets. Stock is offered with the stated grade, specification, commercial documents and applicable warranty route.
It is designed for retailers, marketplace sellers, distributors, exporters, repair and refurbishment businesses, corporate procurement teams, education buyers and other organisations that purchase technology for resale or operational use. Buyers can begin by reviewing the public stock list or applying for a verified trade account.
Buy Back gives businesses and organisations a structured route to sell used, surplus, returned or end-of-life devices to B2B Mobiles Europe. We review the asset list, ownership, condition, location and processing requirements before making a commercial proposal. It supports clean asset exit without asking the organisation to find individual end buyers.
Businesses, schools, public bodies, corporate IT teams, insurers, asset managers, retailers and other legitimate organisations can submit relevant device lots. The stock must be lawfully owned and accurately described. We do not use the service to purchase unexplained personal devices or stock with an uncertain ownership route.
Stock Sourcing uses our established commercial network to search for a specific model, grade, specification, quantity or market version that a buyer cannot obtain through its usual channels. The buyer provides a clear brief, target timing and commercial parameters. Availability and price remain subject to the market and successful supplier verification.
Use the live stock list when you are flexible and want to act on inventory already available. Use Stock Sourcing when the requirement is exact, repeated or difficult to locate, such as a particular capacity, keyboard, region, grade or deployment quantity. A sourcing brief does not guarantee supply, but it gives our purchasing network a precise target.
Business Consultancy shares 15+ years of wholesale mobile technology experience with new entrants and growing businesses. Engagements can address market entry, sourcing discipline, grading, commercial risk, resale routes, supplier assessment and operational planning. The scope is agreed around a real business objective rather than offered as generic motivational advice.
Distribution supports legitimate manufacturers and technology brands that want to launch, position or expand products across European markets. We assess product fit, compliance readiness, pricing, channel demand, logistics and the buyer network required. Acceptance is selective because a distribution relationship must protect both the brand and our established customers.
Use the dedicated service page and provide the commercial facts relevant to that route. For supply, share your buying requirement. For Buy Back, provide an asset list. For Stock Sourcing, provide an exact brief. For Consultancy, explain the business objective. For Distribution, introduce the product, company, compliance position and target market.
Becoming a supplier
Supplier eligibility, product categories, company evidence, batch submissions, legitimacy checks, assessment and payment terms.
Search instead >Yes. We review stock from legitimate businesses and organisations that can demonstrate ownership, supply-chain credibility and accurate product information. Every opportunity is assessed independently, and submitting an offer does not guarantee purchase. We prioritise repeatable, transparent and professionally documented supply relationships.
Potential suppliers include wholesalers, distributors, retailers, manufacturers, corporate IT asset disposal companies, insurers, leasing and device-lifecycle organisations, network or trade partners and other commercial entities with relevant stock. The organisation must be able to contract legally and explain how it acquired the goods.
We review Mobile Phones, Tablets, Laptops, Smart Watches, Accessories and Gadgets. Interest depends on brand, model, age, grade, quantity, market specification, compliance, location and current buyer demand. A category match alone does not guarantee that a particular batch will be accepted.
We normally require company registration evidence, VAT or tax details where applicable, registered address, authorised contacts, bank-account ownership information and evidence of trading activity. Ownership or director information may be required for due diligence. Documentation must match the legal entity that will invoice and receive payment.
Provide the product, model, capacity or configuration, market specification, quantity, grade, test status, packaging, accessories, location, asking price, currency, VAT treatment and clear images where useful. Include IMEI or serial data securely when requested rather than posting sensitive batch identifiers publicly. Honest detail produces a faster and more meaningful assessment.
Start with the supplier application or send a structured offer to [email protected]. Introduce the legal entity, explain the stock route and attach or link the product schedule. Large identifier lists and sensitive documents should only be shared through the secure route agreed with our team.
We review seller credibility, provenance, product demand, grade accuracy, diagnostic evidence, identifier status, market specification, VAT treatment, location, logistics, price and likely processing cost. We may request samples, remote evidence or a physical inspection. The final decision reflects the complete commercial risk and opportunity, not the headline price alone.
Every batch must be lawfully owned, authentic and free from undisclosed finance, theft, loss, account locks or other title restrictions. CheckMend or equivalent evidence may be required for identifiers, and the commercial paperwork must show a credible supply route. We reject counterfeit stock and any batch whose ownership or status cannot be established with confidence.
A complete offer will normally receive an initial response as soon as the purchasing team has reviewed commercial fit, often within one working day. Large files, new-supplier due diligence, identifier checks or unusual grades can take longer. Incomplete offers are slower because the team must first establish the basic facts needed to value the batch.
Payment method, currency, timing and any inspection condition are agreed in writing before the transaction proceeds. Payment is made to the verified bank account of the contracting supplier according to those agreed terms after the required receipt and verification milestones are satisfied. We do not redirect supplier payments to unrelated personal or third-party accounts without a documented legal basis.
