What is covered

Three stock routes with three clear warranty positions.

The condition bought determines the route. We show that route before payment so the buyer understands the protection, the responsible party and any exclusion attached to the stock.

Grade Asis

Grade Asis is supplied untested and outside our standard internal diagnostic and grading process. Units are fully operational.

Only the possible manufacturer warranty stated in the commercial offer applies, where applicable.

Battery health is assessed where applicable, but degradation through use remains outside the warranty.

Report inside the right window

The issue decides the clock and the evidence.

Select the reason for the claim. The guide shows when it must be reported and the information the team will need to review it properly.

The approved return route

No stock moves back until the RMA is approved.

A formal return keeps the order, device evidence and agreed resolution connected. Sending stock without approval removes that chain and the return will not be accepted.

Report the issue

Contact the team inside the applicable claim window with the order reference and affected device information.

Complete the RMA form

Provide the requested IMEI or serial numbers, fault details, images, video and third-party reports where required.

Wait for approval

Do not send stock back until the RMA has been reviewed and formally approved by B2B Mobiles Europe.

Return the approved stock

The approved units must reach us within the stated warranty or dispute period and in the condition requested.

Inspection and resolution

We inspect the returned stock and agree the appropriate credit note, equivalent replacement or refund route.

Stock must arrive inside the applicable period. Stock received after the period will not be accepted, and the buyer must arrange collection.

What we cannot accept

Clear exclusions are fairer than hidden small print.

These situations do not create a valid return. Stating them openly before trade protects the buyer, our team and the integrity of every legitimate claim.

Colour preference

A colour preference is not a return reason unless the required colour was specifically stated on the invoice.

Region, software or language

These issues are not accepted unless the required region, software or language was agreed and shown on the invoice before payment.

Change of mind

Confirmed B2B wholesale stock cannot be returned because the buyer later changes their mind.

Stock already sold onward

A device already sold to the buyer's own customer cannot be returned to us.

Third-party repair

Stock repaired by the buyer or another party cannot be returned because additional faults may have been introduced outside our control.

Grade Asis offer terms

Grade Asis carries only the possible manufacturer warranty specifically stated in its commercial offer, where applicable. It does not carry the B2B Mobiles Europe three-month warranty.

Market or price movement

An inability to resell, a change in market demand or finding a better price elsewhere is not an accepted return reason.

How an approved claim ends

Inspect first. Agree the right resolution. Record it properly.

Once valid returned stock is received and approved, processing can take up to fourteen working days. The final route depends on the stock, inspection and outcome agreed with the buyer.

Approved resolution route

Credit note

An approved value can be credited towards the buyer's next purchase when this is the agreed commercial resolution.

Approved resolution route

Equivalent replacement

Equivalent stock may be supplied when suitable inventory is available and both parties agree the replacement route.

Approved resolution route

Refund

A refund may be issued where it is the agreed outcome after the returned stock has been inspected and approved.

Our promise to buyers

We do not avoid a legitimate claim.

Warranty terms appear on the invoice before payment, not after a problem occurs. Fast, clean and fair after-sale support is part of how we build repeat trade and long-term buyer confidence.
